Help, please. MPC One Issue

Hi. I just unboxed my MPC One and am following the MPC Bible steps to set up my own drum kit. I suddenly lost sound from my pads on the One. Sound is working because I can hear the samples when I highlight them using the wheel. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks. I’m in the right bank. Still no sound from pads.

Sounds like some of the stability issues I was having with my MPC X. Although the One is brand new/just released. Try rebooting and redoing your steps and see if it happens again.

Thanks. A couple of quick questions: by reboot do you mean powering off and then on again? Also, would you mind sharing with me what the resolution was when you had your issues?

Check the Pad Mixer and see if you muted something by accident.

Hard to say. Start over and just try to load one sound. Put one sound on a pad. record a 2 bar sequence with that one sound, try to filter that one sound, and apply effects to that one sound. If you mess up, Stop and start over.

Are you in a Keygroup Program or Drum Program

Turn off the machine and turn back on again. Does this fix it? I have experienced a bug before that muted audio, I've had it in the akai force and MPC software as well.

Did you check track mute page and pad mute page?
All is unmuted?

I went to the track mute section and the pads I’ve added a sample to are all yellow. I muted all (turned red) and unmuted. Still no pad sound.

Ok so then check pad mixer and channel mixer.
After that I really don't know.
Strange behaviour.
What does the meter of the master shows on main screen?
Go on main, left side, select the submenu on the left and select the crown, that's the master channel.

and make sure 16 levels is not pushed in
