Mpc live standalone sound has stopped working

Hello people I'm having issues with a couple projects that the sounds has just vanished .
I can see on the screen that all is working fine but there's no audio coming through. I press play it's sounds but once the first bar is over it completely goes silent...
This has happened to three project's now. I only use standalone mode what could be the problem ?

Maybe you accidently recorded mute automation.. make sure you don't press mute on your tracks while still in recording

Could be lots of issue's though..
