Will temp business shutdown in China affect akai production

I know multiple tech industry’s are being affected by the coronavirus and the factory’s in China have been hit super hard with a lot pausing work and sending workers home . I wonder if this will delay shipments of mpc one on preorders more ? I had an email from another audio tech Company saying a delay was in place and Hong Kong shipping port was also affected . And that’s one not the busiest ports .

Who knows. Best I can say is my MPC X box/label on the underside says "Made In Taiwan." Part of China, but an island and not the mainland. Not sure if they're being affected as much.

No, they have a backup production facility on standby in India, just in case.
