Qlink response dropouts

Hi guys,

from time to time (I guess 1 out of 50 times) one of the q links on my MPC one doesn't register value changes while turning. Shortly after, e.g. after picking up the qlink again, the knob behaves as normal again.

I would like to see if I have received a faulty MPC or whether it's a known bug. If it's a bug, is it hardware or software related?

That sounds faulty to me. That's not suppose to happen. You need to head over to Akai to get that handled.
