Hi all, I'm a 1k user in need of some knowledge on the MPC LIVE before I buy one.
I've read pages 137+138 (next sequence mode) in the LIVE manual but it doesn't explicitly answer my question.
On the MPC LIVE, can you record / overdub and then go to "Next Sequence" without hitting stop?
Some context: A BIG hurdle for performances on the 1k is the inability to REC/OVERDUB and go to NEXT SEQUENCE without hitting the STOP button. All change sequence options are completely disabled once you hit the REC/OVERDUB buttons and the only way to get to the next sequence is to hit STOP and PLAY again.
There are many threads relating to this issue on the 1K all with the same conclusion, but I haven't been able to find any info on the LIVE. Hopefully this means it isn't an issue, but it'd be great if a LIVE user could confirm this before I make the purchase (or point me to the relevant thread if I've missed it).
