I'm trying to get rid of a click/pop in my audio track recording(from external synth). I can go to sample edit and xfade and it works right in the sample edit, but the audio track still clicks/pops when it loops around. Changing tune and such seems to affect the audio track though. Is this some kind of limitation or something I'm missing? I'm trying not to record the audio and then turn it in to a drum track just so it loops correctly. Thanks1

You need to use an actual fade on the audio track itself. The crossfade only comes into play when the audio loops in a program. You're playing the raw audio as an audio track, not a program.

Try using Zero Snap and adjust the Very Beginning of the Audio Track. Not sure if the Audio Track Edit has Zero snap or not. But you can edit the Audio Track Sample in Sample Edit to get rid of the Pop at the Beginning
