Hi Guys,

I have an MPC Live running 2.8. I am trying to connect an iPad via Bluetooth, but the option to enable Bluetooth on the MPC settings menu is greyed out. Has anyone else seen this?

Any ideas much appreciated.

Thanks,

If the option is greyed out, you have either hardware failure or a software issue. I would get a hold of Akai support and restore the factory content image (not to be confused with a firmware update). Often restoring the factory image solves glitches like you describe. If that doesn't work, and flashing your firmware doesn't work afterwards, then the Bluetooth hardware inside of your Live may have failed.
