Mpc live 2 - how to setup komplete 12 to function within mp

Hey just got komplete 12 last month . And the mpc live 2 . I go to plug in but don’t have vst file exclusively for my native instruments there all in folders labeled according kontrol , absynth etc. how can I use my s49 with the mpc in controller mode and use the s49 just for native or vst ?

plug the usb cable from the s49 in the usb port of the mpc.
