Yes, I'm aware of this old-school notion of paper+pen or - for the younger folk amongst us - a phone, but I figured it would be great to have a notepad per Project, to write some important information, e.g. what's the order and content of each track (to help organizing stuff for Song Mode), what parameters is MIDI controller mapped to, some reminders to take care of later, etc.

Is there something like it? Obviously I did search the User Guide for 'notes', but you can imagine how helpful that was

I heard there's a pretty good voice recorder.. you could sample a "note to self" memo and assign it to one of the pads on bank H.

I actually like the idea of a notepad tbh.. it'd be nice to have it pop up like a splash screen when loading the project.

Nice, but it's much more needed in standalone mode, because on a laptop it's easier e.g. to see all tracks at once, their order and content, etc. Hopefully it gets added eventually. Shouldn't be difficult.

Don't count or hope on this being added (just being realistic).. they first have to fix all the current bugs, and then they want to update with a load of new plugins.

Anyway, maybe you should make a project template with all the tracks and sequences pre-named. You can also use it to have a standard effect chain. Just quickesn up the workflow. Use the mixer (from main screen) to have your track overview. There's enough youtube video's about it.
