MPC Live 2 screen remains black

Today I got the MPC Live 2 and couldn’t wait to work on this machine after my MPC2000 sort of died.. It does turn on and all the buttons work as far as I can check them, but the touchscreen stays turned off or is dead or whatever. I have no clue what the problem is.

Any ideas?

Faulty hardware, return for refund

Hi just received mine today and the same issues did you resolve your issue?

Again, it's faulty hardware - return for a refund immediately and exchange it for a new one.
