Anyone here is using the Arturia Keystep Pro with MPC X in standalone mode. Do you have any issues with using both sequencers for your analog synthesizers? Are they a good fit?

@ Fresh
That Keystep Pro kinda dope. Are you going to implement that in your setup?

So, first question that comes to mind: WHY?

I mean, the Keystep Pro is an awesome MIDI controller, no doubt! But I thought the whole point of getting one was for the integrated 4 sequencer tracks that are built-in to it? The MPC X is a fully featured sequencer. Why would I need any of the Keystep Pro's signature features for it?

Perhaps only for the 16 step button drum programming... On the MPC it really sucks.

I would like to see what Fresh says on incorporating the K-Pro into his setup means to him.

Im a one machine type guy, but for Fresh he may have a meaning that enhances his workflow. He has quite a bit hardware so l would like to hear his side.

The only input that matters to me is the MIDI variety...
