Mpc live 2 Charging light blinking

Hey!

Got my mpc live yesterday and I charge it up but now when I plugged in the charger the orange charging light blinks instead of being solid. It doesn’t appear to charge nor lose battery when the plug is in. Anyone had this happen to them?

Hi, I am having this exact issue except my battery IS losing charge - even while plugged in. I've had the unit for about four days and it started at 100% and is now down to 45%. I have only used it not plugged in for about 10 minutes.

I sent word to Akai support and I will update with what they say. This seems pretty bad.

Why are you wasting time sending "word to Akai support"? Your unit is 4 days old and clearly is defective - that's bad hardware. Take it back to where you bought it and exchange it for a new one or get your money back. Support can't fix hardware issues remotely, and yours is so new it would not be wise to send it to them. Just return it.

Lotsa faulty units rolled out apparently!
