Hi guys, Im having this problem, actually since Ive got my MPC One, the unit won't turn back on after been turned off, unless I unplug from the power outlet, Ive tried to connect directly to the wall, different locations, etc... and still the same, is this an issue? Is there a way to fix this? Should I be concerned and contact Akai?

Thanks,

Yes be concerned - it’s hardware failure. Can you take it back from where you bought it and exchange it? If not, then you’ll need to contact Akai and have them arrange warranty service on the unit for you. The standard Akai warranty is 1 year.

Yeah, I'm afraid you're going to have to deal with a warranty claim with Akai then. Good luck! Let us know how it goes for you.
