help with turning off automation

Hi,
Could someone tell me how to turn off automation, it keeps coming on by default when i open a blank project or change tracks or sequences, and just comes back on when i look back at the screen for no reason.

Make sure the Little Automation symbol is checked Green. Not Red.

It shouldn't Toggle on its own

Yes , its boring to have by default turned On the automation.
I have the habitude when I load project ,to look at the Right corner of the screen and to turn it off manually.
