BUG or Feature change

Can someone help me here? when using my MPC live V2.8.1 standalone or desktop software and trying to assign a sample chop to a pad, it will only ever assign the ENTIRE sample from the beginning (in this case, a whole song im trying to chop) to the pad. I have checked the manual several times and submitted a ticket but they're no help. If anyone has any advice it is greatly appreciated!!

Bug

I guess you'll have to extract that chop and create a different sample for every chop you want to do of that sample/song for now. At least there's a work around

Workaround is to do the assign as normal and manually change the SLICE parameter from ALL to the correct slice number in PROGRAM EDIT > SAMPLES

Other workaround :

Use "create a new program using slices" ... and its working. you can after merge/ copy / pads from a program to another.
