XPJ. missing !

It's been already one week that all my projects are keeping disappearing or some of them are still there, I can see them but I'm not able to load them (it says: missing files but it doesn't tell you what is the specific reason).
Everything is stored in a 1TB external disk.
Has this already happened to you? Would you be so gentle to tell me what could be the problem?

Yes, I've noticed this too. I thought I had moved something (and maybe I did). Seems to work when I move the .xpj into my Projects directory where all the project sub folders are.

I switch back and forth between being connected to the computer and standalone. I'm wondering if this is causing the problem.
Looks like the .xpj file is just a xml file you can open with a text editor. You can look at the file names and verify they exist in the path.

It's more of a manual process, but I think you can see if the files are in the right directory.
