I have been testing out the new drum synths, and I find I get a lot of cut-outs in the audio, but it might just be my horrible technique! If I hit a pad for the 808 kick a few times, often one hit will cause the sound to entirely stop, as if it was a choke or mute group, but these drum synths are entire programs, there is no mute group (that I can see). This happens if I use a single pad for multiple hits, or two pads for a fast kick pattern.
Are others having this problem with the drum synths cutting out?
Does the MPC have some kind of 'false trigger' setting that tries to determine if a pad should be muted?
Possibly there is no issue, but even a soft hit on a pad, should just not trigger a new sound, it certainly shouldn't cut off the previously sounding kick. But that is what happens.
