Hi,
it is probably me being thick but retrospective Recording dos not work for me. I jam, press shift and rec (mpc one) and nothing happens. Do I have to be in gridmode for it to work?
Can I stop the sequencer or does it have to keep running / can I also do it without the sequencer running and can I push other buttons between playing and pressing shift/rec (in case it will work at one point)?

Oh and does anyone know if I can add custom scales? My ornament and crime has 99 scales but if I cant force the rrst of my instruments just on the 15 or so in the mpc the rest is pointless.
Ohh and a last question. Is there any way to apply a scale to material that has been recorded already so notes that are not on the scale get shifted? So I coul try different scales with the same pattern. Right now I cant manage to get it work but I must confess I neglected the mpc since I am into Eurorack.
