I can’t go into controller mode at the moment because of the new update( maybe, I have no idea). For the meantime I’m controlling the software with my MPC pads via midi. For some reason the midi signals sent by my MPC pads do not correspond with the pads in the software. I don’t understand why this would be the case. I fix this problem by global midi mapping each pad with the learn feature. For awhile everything’s fine, but somehow it goes back to its original settings and I have to attempt to re-map. I’m some cases the software won’t allow me to remap. I’m sending on the same channel. The midi port is set to MPC on my hardware MPC. I am in midi program mode. The softwares midi indicator is displaying the existence of a signal. I haven’t been able to work on anything because I’m putting all my effort into making the setup work. Akai has not responded to my request for technical assistance. Does anyone know what I can do to have the same global midi mapping setup every time I open the App?
