Chopping samples bug

I recently experienced a buggy behaviour when chopping samples and try to convert them into a non-destructive slice program. every second time i try to convert to a program, the mpc crashes. it happens on the mpc live and the mpc x. somebody knows what that could be?

im on 2.7.2 on both maschines...

Never experienced that myself. Can you provide a video, or exact steps to reproduce? On 2.9 myself, but would be happy to follow along and see if I can replicate it.

How full is your internal drive?

i'm on 2.9 and that never occurred to me, neither on older firmwares.
last night i chopped and converted as much as 6 or 7 programs (non destructive) in the same session, same project, without any issue.
