MPC Live/One : Easy shortcut for switching programs?

Is there an easy way to switch tracks/programs from the grid edit mode w/o having to navigate back to tracks and selecting a new one? Also, I am completely clumsy with grid edit. Is it possible to do all editing w/o touching the screen?

Workaround: switch to Controller mode and use your keyboard/mouse
