Today Measured the midi clock of the mpc one as I was under the impression it not being very accurate. Unfortunately it seems I cant up a video using my mobile. Anyway there is a huge instability which makes it unuseable. Hoping it will slave tightly to a solid clock

No disappointment here. MIDI clock works fine for me on my MPC Live 2. What sort of instability are you having? What firmware are you on? What's your MIDI setup like? Are you controlling external hardware? Are you in Controller Mode?
