Drum Synth & Other Plugins -> Individual Outs

Hey,

So I know that plug-ins don't have a PAD MIXER but for a multi plugin like the new Air Drum Synth, is there not a method to route each sound / instrument (kick, snare, clap, etc.) to the individual outputs 1-8?

I've tried sending the samples out and bringing them in on returns but it got confusing for me. However if you do a submit and route the signal out and bring it back in on returns it should work. But its still buggy. I hate the fact that you can't even assign the sounds to different pads in the plugin. Whats that about ?

You are doing better than I am cause in standalone mode I cannot see a place to route them anywhere. How are you routing out and bringing back in?

I have the Live 2 in standalone. You have to use separate instances of the Drum Synth parts, and then route them to your choice of individual outputs that way. In Multi, all 8 drum parts are mixed down to the same stereo out, so you can only route the entire 8-part Multi to the same stereo pair or a single output.

Totally makes sense. Now that you mentioned it, I think I may have read that somewhere when I fisrt upgraded.
