Memory Recall

Hi All. This is a very simple question but I've had no idea how to search for it online. I know the AKAI MPC's have the ability to recall something that you played while you did not have record/overdub on but I cannot find out what it is!

Can someone please help me with this key combo to paste midi data played while not recording? Thanks!

it's called "Retrospective Record" .. SHIFT+ RECORD ... will only work with Record-armed tracks
