MPC One cant enter Update Mode. Crashes and shuts down

I just got the MPC one and I am trying to update the firmware. I downloaded the file already and I just need to install it on my MPC. However, whenever I SHIFT+Update in the info screen and press "Restart", it just shuts down without turning itself back on in update mode.

I tried resetting the MPC already and also powering off.
