Thanks for your responses and help. I've tried to wrote about my workflow case clear as i can but sure I'll try to stick up more to terminology in future.
So after little change i would maybe ask in this way
"I just want to Turn on mpc, record sample, THEN TRIM f.e. Break loop from recorded sample and then save this loop as wav file without saving whole project or converting it into program"
Yeah I wrote "but that way i can save unedited sample" in response to suggestion to use 'save as' from sampler page. I know that I can save sample after recording it. But this option is not what i need because i can't put loop to sample bank. I must trim it at least.

Save, a normal ass save is what your wanting after slicing.
BUT, you said "unedited" so that would mean no slicing, no processing of any kind.
Record in, slice and "convert to new program with samples", save that program w/ samples
or save the whole project.
