Hi friends.
Some days ago I stumbled over the "live keyboarders software" or plugin wrapper Gig Performer 3 also sold by Plugin Alliance (was like 46$ with vouchers). Normally I do my things in Bitwig, but that´s more a computer oriented way.
It is said, that you can send your hardware with near zero latency through it and use your synth and fx plugins. I always wanted the UAD apollo for this purposes - now I´m served :smoker:
They have an very simple approach of routing in- and outputs so you can easily setup your individual outputs and take advantage of the digital possibilities.
My computer is now a multifx, mixing or synth device and I can record my own processed material back in the MPC.
Even my Moog Sub Phatty can be triggered/ sequenced/ recorded in sync by XFer Cthulhu for !polyrythmic! sequences. It controls MIDI and AUDIO.
Gig Performer is modular like Reaktor but much easier to understand and edit.
Highly recommended!
Perhaps I hadn´t sold my MPC 2500 if I knew earlier about this software.
Watch the video but don´t think in guitars -> think in MPCs :-D
