Downloading files into the MPC Expansion Browser using a Mac

Hello, I purchased a bundle and received the file in my downloads section on my Mac. I was expecting to be able to drag the whole folder with the artwork into my expansion browser so I have quick access but absolutely nothing happened. How do I load that bundle with artwork so that it shows up in my expansion browser

That definitely helps a bit. Im stuck on how to get my new expansion off my SD card and into my expansion browser so the pic shows up with the rest of my expansions. The expansion is a 3rd party. Im not sure what you sent completely applies in my case

I have no issues exporting my expansions to my MPC. my problem is transferring the download into my expansions browser so that I can export it into my mpc

no just a jpeg for the artwork and WAV files. Should I be going the Expansion builder route

What is it that you bought? You should have an XPN which you drag into the MPC Software. After importing, it will be available in the expansion browser. Then you can go to File > Export > Expansion and export to your MPC disk. If you buy expansions from mpc-samples.com, we provide the standalone version already exported for you (+ the XPN)

Im now following videos off YouTube step by step on how to create a XPN file via the expansion builder. When I drag in the folder in and fill in all the info correctly. it doesn't allow me to Select "do it " so that the xpn can be created. The"Do it" section doesn't highlight for me to complete the process lolol. I can't win

I can't create an XPN with any files. I have all the periods in the right places. the" Do it "section doesn't highlight for anything I try to create

Can the identifier(MPC Expansion Builder) be any random name as long as the periods are in the right place?
