Syncing loops to track

I’ve got the Bible and I’ve looked everywhere but I can figure out how to actually get a loop to fit in time with a track.

I added a melody loop to my track but I can’t get it to line up to the tempo of my track. I’m coming from ableton so that’s kind of what I’m hoping for

So I used a patch phrase and yes it works. Now how do I convert it to work in tempo playing the pads?

I tried converting the patched phrase into a non destructive to the pads but it only plays part of the phrase even though it shows the whole phrase on the pads. Ideally I can add a loop and then play the loop in time with the track that’s already created.

Also, how do I extend the loops so they don’t cut off if I slow it down. I’m guessing that’s where you have to use warp instead of patch

The simplest method is by turning the BPM sync and wrap
The patch phrase is just another method . But since you've tried it ,before assign to pad select all slices ( SLICE All )
the downside is that the samples indeed cut off on slower bpm . I mainly use it for adding tones of effects that fill the gaps, but sounds better on faster bpm
