sampling cords

Hey, I recently purchased an mpc one and I want to start sampling. What cord do I need to buy to hook it up to my computer to sample. Also, if I wanted to sample from my Iphone 12, what cord/adapter do I need. In addition, is it possible to sample straight from youtube or do I need to have an mp3 file first. Sorry, big nooby here.

Depending on your iPod model you might need a lightning to headphone adapter.

Get the mpc bible. Search youtube for mathew stratton or tubedigga both have great intro tutorials.
