MPC One Error on Song export or play song

Hi, when export song I get a sound playing eg kick at beginning of song but it's not in sequence... it also happens when play back in song mode until I stop & start a few times then plays back as it should without the error... I noticed this stop & start was the only way to export it without the error. Then export & playback of exported song was without error at start.
Does anyone else experience this? Thanks
