Staccato Noise gate effect

Hi, I can't seem to find an answer on how to do this in the manual or the bible, but is there a way to activate a Noise Gate using a trigger like a kick drum?

This tutorial in Ableton seems to sum up nicely the effect I'm trying to achieve. Thanks!

FYI - I've solved this with the help of a Redditor by using Mother Ducker Input on the drum track and Mother Ducker on the Synth voice
