Moving notes up & down

I can't seem to find way to move notes up or down in he piano roll without using touch. You can move horizontally with either the scroll wheel or + - buttons, so one would assume that there's a way of going diagonally as well. It would definitely speed up the work flow. Does anyone know if there is a function for this?

Select Transpose (below; second from right), then use the data-wheel or -/+ buttons.
