Hi all
First post. I've been trying to pan individual * notes* /sounds in grid view or step sequencer. It's proving harder than I thought. I want to eg. Have the closed hats in a drum pattern moving from left to right in the stereo picture. In piano/ grid or step view, I can double tap Velocity, click add new then a list of options appear under either track or drums. The pan option appears instead of velocity, I click the expand button to draw in the pan parameters ( like you'd do with velocity) , but I am struggling to find or click notes I have recorded or do anything with this screen. With drums it seems to pan all the kit. Plus, the pan values for a note cannot be updated via the large dial. If you use that it only updates the velocity values. This demo here on the MPX makes it look easy just drawing in the values on the touch screen, but sheesh am finding this hard...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0EoRrVNmjQ
It would nice to have Pan as an option as standard on the grid screen. Anyone got any tips? Appreciated. Thank you
