I just discovered this on Reddit and thought I'd share this with the community, not sure if anyone is already aware of this.
u/Ok_Faithlessness8469 discovered this feature in Controller mode.
Basically if the Stereo Outs of the MPC One daisy chain into a unit with Multi Outs, then those outputs can be utilised through to a mixer, his post might make more sense than my explaination...
