Akai Exp. Packs listed in Exp. Manager but not in Exp Pane

I purchased the Very first MPC (1000?) in 1985 and let it go for more than I paid for it in 1997! (Regrettably!)

Anyway, I just purchased a new MPC II Live, and already know I'll love it, but having issues installing the Expansion packs provided by Akai post registration. For example, I downloaded and installed "The Bank" and "Hybrid". When I launch the MPC II Software on my Mac, (Big Sur, unfortunately) neither expansions are displayed in the Expansion pane of MPC.

When I launch the Expansion Manager, all the expansions I've installed are listed and the "use" checkboxes are checked. However, if I click the "Export" button, another dialog is displayed (Same as the File->Export->Expansions) where the factory expansions are listed, but only the F9 Exp pack is listed as available for export. The Bank and Hybrid are both MIA for use and export. I'm not sure I can install them on the MPC Live if I can't export them, so effectively they are unavailable to me both in the Software on my Mac or the MPC Live device.

Any ideas?

You can only export sample expansions to your MPC , the other expansions such as hybrid, are plugins and only work in the MPC software
