stupid clip launching question

I own the MPC since one week and I want to use it to launch the music I made for theater play. So far so good.. I copied the WAVS on the SD and I loaded them on a pad. But when I use the one shot mode all the samples have the wrong tempo. I just want to launch about twelve songs over the pad without using my pc.

So of course they have different tempos.. but wehen I warp them wich is wrong to me because I want to keep the original speed which is the correct one they are too fast. when I turn of the Warp they are to slow. I also turned of the pad quantize - but still incorrect tempo.

In a DAW I simple turn of the warp and - problem solved.

What am I doing wrong here beside english...?

You have to double check that the detected bpm of each audio file is correct , if not set it manually first , then enable wrap.
But simply importing audio files should not mess with the bpm ....
