Ive updated my MPCX to the latest version 2.1. I've updated the software as well. Ive dowloaded the synth content on to a SD card. I've inserted the SD card into my MPCX. what do I have to do to get that synth content into my MPC. Thank you

If you copied the correct synth folder to the root level of your SD card, that’s it. Just select plug-in on your track and there are your synths.

Make sure you didn’t copy the entire folder that you downloaded, just the synth content folder. I can’t remember the exact name and I’m not with my computer right now.

I'm going to be putting an SSD drive into my almost-here MPCX, so will I have to copy that folder (synth content) to the root level of the SSD drive?

If you don't already have it installed on an SD Card or USB stick's root directory, then yes - install it on the root level of your (soon to be) new SSD. Don't install it at multiple places at once, though.
