Hello,
Yesterday I upgraded my MPC live 1 to 2.10. The display said the upgrade was successful, but I didn't test anything until today.
When I tried to connect midi controllers via USB (Alesis Q61, KOMPLETE 61, tried different USB cables), the MPC's usb ports sent Power to the controllers (the octave up and down led buttons light up), but the MPC doesn't seem to receive any MIDI input from the controllers. I tried various projects and demos, same result. The pads work fine and trigger sounds as expected.
I tried switching controllers, USB cables, rebooting and resetting all settings, no difference.
I'll try reinstalling 2.10 tomorrow. Is there an additional troubleshooting step I'm missing or a way to flash the usb ports back to factory?
Thanks for any help you might provide
