How do I do a complete hardware reset so that my firmware resets to the default. Like example if my firmware is 2.10.0, I would like to reset it back to 2.5.0.

There's no factory reset option that will revert to the original shipped firmware, but you can easily downgrade to 2.5 by performing an 'update' using the MPC 2.5 firmware file (if you can find a copy of MPC 2.5 anywhere). After installing 2.5, you could also go to preferences and hit RESET PREFERENCES and this will reset your general preferences back to the factory defaults (i.e. remove wifi passwords, bluetooth pairings, set project defaults back to factory etc).
