Do I need to de-register my old MPC

I’m getting a warranty replacement MPC Retro Live 2 and I’m wondering if I need to de-register all my existing MPC software and expansions and go through the process of a new install of everything with my new machine, or whether I can just install my SSD with all the expansions and leave my existing expansions in my mpc software on my Mac?

You don't have to do anything, I believe Akai handle re-authorization for the returned hardware (should there be a new owner) and general experience is that your existing authorisations remain active regardless. If not, just grab the authorizations you received with the new hardware.
