Brand new MPC ONE stuck in update mode. Please help

Hi guys,
I can’t find any help on this and I am absolutely desperate to start cooking on this thing. I have had it for two days, I tried to update firmware, it bricked out half way through and now when I boot up it’s stuck on the update mode. Is their a trick upon start up to get out of this? Many millions of thanks in advance.

I think there is a button combination you can push while powering your mpc on to force it into service mode, but I dont know the combination^^
