Brand new mk2 arrived yesterday and as per tittle, there were a lot of resets in the hour I used it for.

I've updated to 2.10.1 ( or whatever the most recent is), and I don't recall this happening ever on my mk1, although the mpc ONE did appear to have this a lot.

The project I was working on was very low on cpu use and samples.

It occurs either when in a project or if trying to load a project.

So is this a potential issue I should resolve now with the vendor?

Or is this common with the mk2 and will likely be addressed in a fw update?

Or is this some kind of 'cache needs cleaning' thing I need to be aware of?

Thanks

Go to MENU > PREFERENCES > SHIFT > RESET PREFERENCES and give that a go. 'Recovered from internal error' could mean a software crash (there's currently plenty of bugs that cause crashes, most only happen infrequently though and cannot be produced on command), but it could also mean a hardware problem. Either way, if it's doing it constantly it seems best to return it.
