I am a relative newbie with the MPC Live, but I believe I have a good grasp of its workings.
A few days ago, while fiddling around with an external MIDI keyboard controller and the "Pad Perform" functionality, I believe that I managed to let the MPC map what I played chromatically on the keyboard vs the key and scale I had selected in pad perform...
... however, today I can't make that happen any longer. The external keyboard ignores the pad perform settings completely.
Have I dreamt that? If relevant, I am using firmware 2.10.1, the external keyboard is connected using USB (but I tried old fashioned MIDI, too). Thanks!
