Odyssey plugin not reacting to track pan automation?

Noticed that track volume and pitch bend work fine with Odyssey, but it doesn't react to track pan - only to program pan. Why? Am I doing something wrong? I don't want to affect the other tracks using the same program.

See your other thread. Program pan is the only way here. If you need one version to be unaffected, you need to make a copy of the program.

Let's imagine that you had a hardware Odyssey synthesizer plugged into the MPC. Then even if you'd be using separate sequencer tracks to play the Odyssey, you could e.g. use pitch bend on one of the tracks and that midi message would be sent the Odyssey, making it pitch bend. The other tracks would then naturally be affected by this pitch bend too. There wouldn't be any way around that aside from buying a second Odyssey synthesizer. In the MPC case, it's fortunately a lot cheaper: just make a new Program.

I understand it's all applied at a program level, but at least with volume and pitch bend it works, so why not with pan too? Anyway, in my case no choice have to make a copy of the program.
