battery not charging issue

good evening everyone, just got a MPC Live 2 and Im super pumped, I have only used it a few times, but I noticed after I updated to 2.10 the battery would not charge, as of now, it is on 9% and the lights that indicate in the back that the battery is charging are not lit, it does stay on while unplugged but comes to a prompt that says to plug in. this is a bummer is this is a new unit, well I purchased off stock x "authentic new 100%", anyone else have a charging or battery issue or am I doing something wrong here?

Simple, if you just got it then, send it back for warranty. Why even bother with a defective device?

You have something wrong. Reach out to the seller and see if they will get you a replacement. If not, try to reach out to Akai and see if they can help. Honestly though, the seller is the best avenue for resolution.
