MPC X - Main Out 1,2 very quietly, other outputs normal

I am a newby to the MPC X and just noticed that the volumen from the main out 1,2 is very quietly.

When routing to other outputs (3,4 / 5,6 /...) the volume is normal.

None of the settings I found (mixer,...) could change this issue.

Am I overlooking something? Is my unit broken?

Try turning up the "MASTER" potentiometer on the unit - AFAIK it only controls output levels 1/2. Also, make sure that your knob with "DIRECT / MAIN" is completely turned to "MAIN". If you don't understand why that is, your manual will help you there.
