Hi everyone!

I bought mid-december a new MPC Live 2 and I experienced frequent "Oops! Your MPC recovered due to an internal error" message while loading samples in a project through the browser. This message follows a black screen and a reboot.

Then, I get it back to the retailer and get immediately a new one. It appears that after few days of use, the same message appears. After some investigation, it looks like this error message appears while I load a new Keygroup in a track after having delete the previous one.

I run the very last 2.10 version of the firmware on this new MPC.

Do you think that this is a little bug from the software or a bug on last batchs of MPC Live 2?

I add that the right panel of both MPC was flimsy.

Thanks a lot for your help

The mpc will only give you that error if theres an exception with the software. so yeah its highly likely its a bug or glitch. Dont be shocked if you see that message a few more times in the future heh.

I believe that mine just started doing that after upgrading to 2.1.0 or 2.10.1 not sure which one when it started.

It's hard to reproduce, after reboot, i try loading in the same programs and it loads them fine.. i was working on trying to get a good reproducible set of steps to report it, but it's eluding me..
