Hi, I hope this is not a redundant question 
I would like to use a foot controller (usb?) To loop some bass parts directly into mpc (audio track).
I'm just wondering if every foot controller on the market is compatible and maybe if it's better to have a separate loop station with midi connection to sync the loops with my mpc?
I have an mpc live mark I.
