It looks pretty nice and the angle seems like it would work well. My question is the mesh holes on the One's side panels are probably there to help with ventilation. And this stand would completely block any incoming air or any hot air trying to excape the One. This seems like a form over function thing, but maybe I'm way off and the One doesn't generate nearly as much heat as I'm thinking it will. I'm not saying it runs hot, but with all the components inside I'd imagine wood panels blocking exhaust holes wouldn't be ideal to keep PCB's and cpu's running cool.

I cannot speak specifically to that stand, but people have absolutely had issues with putting the Live/X/One in those coffin cases with the foam that holds them in, causing crashes and other forms of instability due to heat buildup. I'm not sure how tightly the wood stand would hold to say if ventilation would be a problem or not, but I guess you could modify it to add holes into the side if it became a problem.

I think something like this "wood" be a better option hehe! Roar PUNS!! The thing that held me back was after buying or making one, you gotta use it or its some blob of junk cluttering up a room.

Really nice, but spending £230 on a stand for a £500 sampler seems just a bit too disproportionate IMO. Maybe for a Live 2, definitely for an MPC X.

Happy with my IKEA tablet stand:

YIKES!!! Yeah, that's $311 USD/$394 Canadian! Insane to spend that on any stand, IMHO. Mine cost less than $15 USD to 3D print (my Live OG is pictured, but it holds my Live II just fine):

Plenty of room for airflow, and it's stable/sturdy. Picked up this 3D printed one for my buddy's MPC One:

He loves it - says it's stable, and it was only $30 USD.
